Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery on items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The item is not from a sale or clearance category

To request an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order number and a clear photo of the item.

What Can Be Exchanged

  • Wrong size received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect (stitching issue, fabric defect)

What Cannot Be Exchanged or Returned

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale items or items purchased at a discount
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Items where the return request is made after 7 days of delivery

Return Policy

We do not offer cash refunds except in cases where:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect that cannot be exchanged

In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method or bank account within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

  1. Contact us at info@threadura.com or via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order number and photos of the item
  3. We will confirm eligibility and share the return address
  4. Ship the item back — return shipping cost is borne by the customer except in cases of wrong or defective items
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If an item does not meet the conditions stated above, we reserve the right to decline the exchange or return.
